HR Manager

Job Summary: The HR Manager will oversee various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is essential in ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team to align HR strategies with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
    • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.
    • Promote employee engagement and satisfaction through various initiatives and programs.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
    • Work with managers to set clear performance goals and expectations for their teams.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Training & Development:
    • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    • Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various topics, including compliance, leadership, and technical skills.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
    • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure that compensation packages are competitive.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Compliance & Policy Management:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
  • HR Strategy & Planning:
    • Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.
    • Monitor HR metrics and analyze trends to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Health & Safety:
    • Promote a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and monitoring health and safety programs.
    • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular health and safety audits and provide training to employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
